According to what I've read, STVI had a private offering to institutional investors so they could get $8.5 million (Jan 2011).

These investors were able to get their shares for $2/share, so they most likely sold out for profits and/or because people are unaware of this stock.

Read the financials for this stock. They are seriously undervalued. This one could easily be trading around $3-4.
