Q might not even be carried here first. Frank might be focusing on Canada, Australia, and Europe first. The rest of the world takes to change quicker than U.S. Look at the stem cell debate. Our president does not want to find cures from embrionic stem cells because it is immoral, even though those embrios will be discarded anyways. Our scientist are all leaving to go to work for foreign countries who are more open to the issue. That is why our economy struggles more now against the rest of the world. We don't adapt to change quick enough. All in my humble opinion of course.-TW
