You "discuss" but you don't seem to hear, retire. Final drilling go ahead was never granted.

Time will tell, I reckon, who is right. I'm 95-99% sure that it will be a long time before they drop a drill, if ever.

Don't go counting your chickens--they ain't hatched yet. First, actually get some funding.

I doubt they are as comfortable as you think, this will be (if they get it) a senior debt to everything and they are still working on the terms of this financing.

In addition they want all interest up front out of the proceeds, not exactly a bold sign of confidence.
