Just my opinion here but it seem quite evident to many: Why act now while US administration is doing hundreds of billion$ damage to it's economy and it's world wild credibility plus irremediable loss in the human right of American peoples. To a point that it make it doubtful AQ is behind any new strike in the world since 9/11.
