I'll email him what is his email address? Is in on the site and what is his title he isn't listed as management. I'll also ask him where my starter kit is I purchased the 21st. Although I will say it has not officially hit my credit card it is listed as pending still. That doesn't sound like much but I don't think they will send it through until shipment. I have recently purchased a Starter Kit order #749 on June 21st, and have not received any correspondence from the company as to the fulfillment and shipment. I emailed the company (on the website) last week with no reply. I am not only a consumer but also a shareholder in SFIO. I would like to get an email address from someone in the company that I can ask some questions. I have heard rumors that the company has moved to a larger warehouse for shipment of the product, and this is the reason for delays. Although I do not have any facts that this is the case. I look forward to hearing from you on the above questions.
