March 26, 2011 : Carmil Energy has been granted a 20 megawatt Power Purchase Agreement by the Puerto Rico Power Authority. Annual revenues will be in excess of 20 million a year.

Carmil Energy is in negotiations for a Joint Venture agreement with E-Fuels of West Palm Beach on a 75 megawatt power facility.
