Well the fact it has a university behind it, has been independantly verified, and he's talking milliwatts, and souce is unkown, that's a little different. The source is unkown and ultimately will have an explaination. Did they say milli watss which is 1/1000th of a watt? Is he claiming he'll power cities with it? Carmil is claiming 1KW in, 10KW out.
