re: rolling blackouts
So far, I haven't personally been effected, but I'm a couple of miles from downtown San Diego, and I understand the downtown area had some blackouts last week. What a hideous story of politcal mismanagement combined with corporate greed! I'm leaving CA to relocate in Sept., and will be very happy not to pay any more tax $ to this state.
