I'm actually using the 22nd as the inclusion date, which was the date I started receiving new stock votes for inlcusion. Rather than mixing them up, I chose that date, and will use it for all stocks for the original index. As we add going forward, I will of course use that particular inclusion date. I hope this is sufficient?
