Also most of the protestors were from Silver City and that's in Lyon County. When the citizens in that county finally figure out what a success Storey County is at attracting viable, revenue generating businesses that add to the tax base of the community they will come aboard. The lady that was on the train has children and when/if her local schools are failing becuase of inadequate funds she will welcome LODE to her community. She actually thinks they are building a pit there in her town and there won't be any mining by this Company there for 5 years plus.
Action speaks more than words and I'm sure this Company will prove the naysayers wrong. It's funny as it speaks volumes to where this Company has gone in just the last year in that everyone thought it was dead and never going to do anything. Must have been one of the keys that allowed the Company to acquire basically the whole southern Lode district.
Litigation: Given that opposition would need $100k just to walk into a law office I don't see that happening. You's have to prove 'harm' and going to hard as there hasn't been any. Bob
