then you hold down ctrl F

type the words proxy notification requirements in the little blank space

press enter - it will take you to the word proxy

press enter the second time - it will take you the the 20 DAY RECOMMENDED time frame.

if you can't follow that - pick up the phone and call the NASDAQ and ask them.

After you've done this - post an apology here for misleading everyone purposely on the 45 day requirement. It might behove Jabez6 to post a correction on RB too.
