Hey ChinaDude - Upfront, this is not a you me thing:-) I appreciate all of your work as moderator of this board, but.................

The 45 million shares for Bonar was part of the deal two years ago when this whole enterprise was just a glint in Perry Law's eye. When I bought into this stock I had every expectation of a 300% dilution when Bonar got his shares and acquired a 2/3 ownership position - If he hadn't the stock would have been worth nothing. I'm also quite happy to see Owen Naccarato get shares as compensation. I'd really like to see Perry Law get some while they're at it as this whole thing was his idea. And I wouldn't be surprised to see some key players get some shares as well.

I like the idea of the CEO being the majority shareholder as I know with certainty that his interests are aligned with mine, only more so:-) Same with key players.

You are mistaken though when you state that "What a bunch of BS. Bonar should not have gotten a share until they hit the 20 mil rev mark from the PEO biz ONLY."

BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID - HE GOT HIS BONUS FROM PEO REV ONLY.

For that info I refer you to my May 13th post #6333 wherein I posted my analysis of the quarterly reports to break down Automated revenue and Communications (Security/Tech) from total company revenue. I'll quote the salient part here with the disclaimer that my calculations are only good to 3 places.

......................................Revenue Summary By Quarter.......................................

....................Report.........Company…......%Auto.........Automated......Security/Tech
Quarter.........Period.........Revenue..........Revenue.........Revenue..........Revenue
2009 Q3......3 months......$1,822,640 ......26.60%.........$484,000 ......$1,338,640
2009 Q4......3 months......$3,184,189 ......46.80%......$1,488,691 ......$1,695,498
2010 Q1......3 months......$3,339,931 ......74.90%......$2,501,173 .........$838,758
2010 Q2......3 months......$3,775,145 ......79.00%......$2,981,108 …......$794,037
2010 Q3......3 months......$5,280,936 ......87.90%......$4,641,895 ..........$639,041
2010 Q4......3 months......$5,696,433 ......90.20%......$5,135,447 ..........$560,986

The sum of the Automated revenue is $17,232,313 (The official number is $17,226,416, a good check on my numbers). Add the $4,221,806 from Q1 this year and the $3,418,00 from April & May and the grand total is $24,872,119 and it's all Automated revenue.

One point I want to make here is that the $4,221,806 revenue posted for Q1 of this year is a quarter to quarter revenue drop of almost $1 million from Q4 of last year. I asked Kelly if this was a result of a lost contract. She informed me that they had lost no business but it had become cyclical in nature and we could expect to see the same behavior next year. The $3,418,000 for April & May projects to $5,127,000 for this quarter which backs up her statement.

And the $5,127,000 projected quarterly revenue is a YOY revenue increase of 72% from Q2 of last year. And look at that table, from zit to 90% of the company in six quarters (Now it is of course all). This thing is growing like a house afire!

For those interested in more detail on my numbers go to my post #6333.
