All you guys & girls have to find someone you know who has been in a divorce. Ask both parties which one is lying and which one is telling the truth. Now you know where we all stand. I repeat we all own a company which is public and in business for some time.I will wait, if I am wrong I will have a tax loss carryforward to apply to my gains this year. If Hoffer were not such a snake, the company could work thing out with him and the
stock would be off and running. If Hoffer bought the company back
the stock would still go up. No matter who drives the car we will arrive at our destination. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Besides, Shupin is small fish in the big scheme of things. The SEC will have zero interest in him. Least of all, who's going to turn him in? You? Unless you recorded the conversation, anything he said can/will be denied.

Shupin tried to run a business. He failed and now it's been returned to Hoffer. Things like that happen. Shupin had high hopes, most likely gave it a fair shot and in the end couldn't make it work.

Having said all that, I'm still curious what will happen to our shares.
