It's ok if you don't like my analogy to Mutiny On the Bounty, I only went to a state college and got a bachelor's degree in communication. Just trying to use it the best I can. I agree with you on communication, and the lack of communication on Mr. Anderson's part is inexcusable. Mr. Christian's success in creating a new "England" on Pitcarin Island (Laguna Beach) was through his faithful and consistent communication with his shareholder base.

Unlike some here, I don't believe that hemi was ever a commercially viable company. KA got the leases cheap because they were already played out and nearly worthless. Sure, the floods had an impact: they kept him from milking gullible shareholders for as long as he had hoped. All the talk about leaving the oil in the ground to build up reserves rather than pumping it out to pay expenses was just a ploy to sell shares. Had it been commercially viable, there would have been no need for dilution, period. The few barrels it would have taken to pay expenses and do more shallow exploratory would have been minor compared to the devaluation of the company through dilution.

Frankly sir, comparing something to a book we all had to read for FRESHMAN ENGLISH CLASS that contrasts the abuses of a captain with the mutinous activities of a first officer is absolutely germain to this discussion. I try to smile and find the humor in everything, remember, we shareholders own this company, and if we can proove we are "oppressed minority shareholders" there are laws that protect us in both the state of Texas and at the Federal level.

We don't need a private investigator. We have dozens of US Marines, Soldiers, CPA's, MBA's, college chaplains and Attorneys' invested in this company now. How do I know this? Because I'm the half-cocked-crazy-kid sitting-shot-gun-shooting-off these HMGP shares; I have been gifting 1,000-5,000 lot shares to all my associates around the world in places of power through USAA.
