This is very positive news IMO-I don't see how this can be turned into negative things. The money is not for Ike or any director or promotor as stated in the filings. Lots of companies even in the big board stocks do this private placement deals. I am positive that we will hear from them soon and loud.
Actually private placements sometimes occurs are higher price than what actually the price of share is-happned in stocks I was in before.
There are some here keep screaming dilution without considering anything else because that is what they want you to believe to scoop up your shares cheaper-they even admitted it!!
They (the company) just need to speak out to clear the cloud-this is a milestone event and can't go like that.
