Oh no, I totally agree. It is the best scenario (beats dilution and definitely beats some terrible financing agreements)--but like you said, if they don't talk to us and we don't actually know any details or what they really do with them...
Well, there is nothing left but to speculate. Generally speaking, if they don't communicate to us it is probably because it isn't what we'd want to hear anyways.
My wallet is still on SAVW's side, though.
