Beg to differ...Assuming is always a pitfall for bottom feeders like us. But its an opinion.

Its a wait and see period..typically when a 506 is being issued, it always follows with an update..being good or bad..Seen it so many times.

Question is....how many noobs will sell out tomorrow and cant wait for the update/disclosure.

I think this is good news.
who would PR bad news when a stock is at its lows?
to me it means they raised capital in another way of having to dilute further.
this is just my idea of course.
I also expect another PR with meat...
we must be about bouncing.
