You may be correct in your assumptions regarding the Companies remaining on the Pinks...BUT...
I do not make light of the SEC delays and Regulatory hurdles they had to overcome; evidence supports there were numerous communications between the SEC and Ken in regards to BVIG filings. These delays were very detrimental to the trading of BVIG.

Unfortunately, many investors have been emotionally and financially spent over this and the silence is just plain wrong.
