I suppose its possible -since they are using dump containers anyway to load 3-18, Bob said they can use dump containers to load 1-3mm also. 4 or 5 holds per ship-so if they have enough 1-3 processed by then they could fill 1 or more holds w 1-3mm. Assuming it doesn't complicate shipping unloading if different buyer and port for 1-3mm.
