I can understand a CEO of such a company will not want to be bothered with thousand of shareholders having legitimate rights to doubt her... (or is it 17? lol)... but not to have even a person answering the phone is plain rude.

So why is she on Facebook then? Get off the site if you do not want direct contact. A CEO should be busy getting buyers for all the million dollar music. Even if they have it, what are they doing with it? This is the question.
