IMO it is much easier to buy the cheapest CT at the ask and get thousands of shares. Right now LEHLQ would be the cheapest one, and it is a twin to LEHKQ, which just sold at .10 cents.

Ask/Size
0.0980 / 3,000
Sure you might get luck and buy 300 at .065 eventually, but I would suggest getting the 3,000 now at .098 cents. After all what is the difference when these run again?
