I called Dan at Rockport. He doesn't want to get wet obviously. So from my discussion, here is what he said:

Q. What about all the promises made by Roxanne that haven't taken place yet?
A. In my opinion, all should happen within the next 2 weeks

Q. Has the merger with MPIX taken place yet?
A. I can't tell but I have the feeling that MPIX will be fully owned by eMax Holdings. I would suggest you call Roxanne Weber directly for more information (sic!)

Dan said that the music value is between $200M and $300M and that the pps is stupidly low. He said that the shareholders loading now will be highly rewarded in the next couple of weeks.

Now I then tried to call the number provided for eMax Holdings, a $200M to$300M company ([phone]):
An answering machine!!! I would have expected a real person to say the least!

This reminds me too much of other pennies behaving exactly like that and were proven to be just a smoke to the face with absolutely no tangible assets but the lies of their CEO and IR representatives.

Take it or leave it... but at that price, what is the risk? going down to 0001???
