That would be a ole wise man. lol

Yes I did say something like that but I also said:

The hard part is figuring out the 800 lb gorilla: how long will it take for the EPA to get back to the company,... and then how long does it take to complete all testing and then compile and verify the info? My guess is no one here knows this. But likely it's like building a house,... everything costs twice as much and takes twice as long.

The hard part is knowing how long it takes to go from A to Z. And while I would like it to be quicker, I've never been under any illusion that it would be a quick process. Sork and I talk on the phone fairly regularly and I've always told him, based on my experience dealing with the Fed Gov, my time frame is somewhere between 6 and 18 months. But I've never said the company shouldn't be updating investors while we wait,... and I fault Ley for not keeping investors updated.

2 + 2 does = 4,... and it happens to be a two lane road too.

Cuda, 0+0=0
That's all we've got at the moment. This company actually has released bad test results in the past. Don't you recall the agonizing 9-month period of silence from July of 2009 until April of 2010? Finally the plan to discontinue testing on the hydro-X assist cell was released. http://www.reuters.com/article/2010/04/22/idUS261100+22-Apr-2010+MW20100422
I am not defending this company in any way. Mr. Ley's lack of consideration to the shareholders is and always has been to the point that it is morally criminal. These periods of silence create an environment for damaging speculation on the part of those who are beyond fed up with the wait. I can hardly blame them. But speculate all that you may, it is just speculation. The only proof that anyone has of anything regarding this company is that there has been no follow-up PR and they have stopped answering the phone. They did the same thing two years ago. There is no proof of failure of an MPG test. Just silence. If the test fails I believe it will be announced. We just have to wait until his majesty Ley decides to speak to the peons.
