I think you can purchase no questions asked. Be careful though because you won't be able to sell your position with zecco without incurring this fee.

I tried to sell a few million at .0002 so I could buy more at .0001, but my sell order was also immediately rejected by ZECCO. Why?

Zecco rejected my GERS sell orders Monday and Tuesday, rejected by "ECN". I haven't tried today.
