TR- I do not have IM capabilities on ihub so will have to find another way I just dont want to throw my email out here cause I get 60 junkers and about 100 normal contacts each day as it is.

I understand your spread sheet OK -and good work by the way--I am still diligently trying to get a PPS where CGFIA should be now, will be when permit totally approved, and a potential buyout price.

I am going to set my sell goals based on those numbers--tentatively
