Wheeler should be rated based on how he delivers to shareholders. I don't mind if he gets more shares so he is aligned with shareholders. If I had my ways I would have CEO's own more shares and options but less cash salary. I hate CEO's that don't deliver and collect their million dollar salaries and add little value. I am not saying wheeler is like that. But since he became CEO in 2006, not a lot has happened from business standpoint(besides lovenox which is huge)...Of course internally they are continuing to make progress on copaxone and building IP for FOB. That's why I said, the FOB partnership is a real test for wheeler I think he will deliver for shareholders
BTW This Indian was also Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Now he is a Fugitive
