Nicely put ZF,

It's interesting to go back and re-read posts even 5 months ago.
Folks who put dollar figures on PPS of 40,50,60 dollars.
Now I'm not saying this can't happen, but in my opinion it really
is a long shot, that I hope comes true.

As a chemist, I love the technology, and possibilities.
But, as a stock buyer, I've seen the hype before with "sure" things,
so as painful as it might be, I am prepared to lose it all.
Never ever invest/speculate with $$ you can not afford to lose.

This is likely a long term investment, may be years, and probably will be years.
One poster back in October said buy 50K shares, and put it away,
stay off the board on a regular basis. Some wisdom there IMHO.

I do what I have to do and you do what you want just stop writing all of these long drawn out philosophys of yours that are boring. I suggest you spend your time writing something outside of this stock. I like taking profits I guess you like waiting for losses.

you may want to add in that quiet peroid, it was hard for some long term swing type traders. i think those kind of traders came back this last time around, believing the train was leaving the station with the last run up. when someone says buy on the dips, that advice is really not bad advice.

Ocho: swalert(per their disclaimer) owns warrants to purchase shares of kblb...... calm seas isn't getting dumped on, it is the inverse.

""I have made an honest and sincere attempt to present the evidence as best I know it and evaluate it as best I can. When presented with evidence that I am wrong or have made an error I admit it and correct it. I have also taken great care to quote others correctly and accurately and would very highly recommend that in the future you do the same.

I have always fully addressed any counter arguments presented and have never objected to anyone contesting any of my opinions in any way. ""

Then please fully address my questions numbered 1, 2, and 3. And please fully address my counter arguments.

1. Name 1 company that has made it that has been newsletter pumped.(newsletter pumped either paid for with cash/shares or newsletter pumped like happening here where they "somehow" own warrants)

2. Evidence that swalert used screeners to find KBLB, or its' previous featured stocks? or anything remotely related?

Names and links please.
3. When performing DD(due diligence) on a company, what all do you research and what all do you recommend.

"Then one of your next statements acknowledges the truth of the claim I was making (i.e.: that good companies get pumped as well as bad ones so whether a company is pumped or not is irrelevant as to whether or not it's a good company) and that you were appearing to dispute!!:"

I certainly did not say KBLB was a good company, you misquoted me. It has huge scientific potential, but everyone knows my opinion of kblb's finances and associations.

"

whether KBLB is being pumped is no indication whatsoever as to whether it's a good company or not. So where's the beef?"

KBLB's science, financials, insiders, associations have all the relevance in the world and if you answer question number 1 you would see that succuss+pumpnewsletters is far from typical in fact success+newsletters is a non sequiter, I am asking for just one name of a company that has left the depths of OTC world becoming successful with pumpers attached. There are a few newsletters who simply buy shares in an illiquid company and then pump it and sell their shares, but KBLB doesn't get pumped by those, so don't even try to compare. Remember it is all in swalert's disclaimers.....I didn't write the disclaimers, they did. This is why people like Timothy Sykes can come on our board and preach, and igotthemojo, they see nothing new. If Kim Thompson were wise he would do all he can do to distance himself from penny stock "financiers" and promoters, especially when he is SO CLOSE to potential further scientific breakthroughs.

I will concede the point if you can name a single company that succeeded under similar conditions.

To billy's point, the following is directed at ZF's post.....if you are only talking about relevance due to pps action and eventually becoming successful, sure............But in the general meaning.....these pump letters have all the relevance, b/c theyown shares and WARRANTS to purchase shares.....it is easy to look at the financials and name the two parties who have warrants to purchase shares in KBLB..I'll save you time again.

Ben Hansel
Calm Seas Capital

The only two names that own warrants to purchase shares, and they are the only two names going back 2 years+

Relevant....I think so

Swalert used scanners to find KBLB..........ummmm, again if you have any shred of proof I will concede the point, but it is fairly obvious by reading swalert's DISCLAIMER why they are emailing.

It is an easy conclusion to come to why big shot investors might be weary in investing in KBLB.

Typical things big $$ and seasoned investors look for or avoid.
Going Concern statements. We got one (

As reflected in the accompanying financial statements, the Company is in the development stage, has a working capital deficiency of $645,698 and stockholders’ deficiency of $638,002 and used $1,050,162 of cash in operations from inception. This raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on the Company’s ability to raise additional capital and implement its business plan. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary if the Company is unable to continue as a going concern Management believes that actions presently being taken to obtain additional funding and implement its strategic plans provide the opportunity for the Company to continue as a going concern.).

Toxic Financing>http://financial-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Toxic+Convertible>>; I think we know who I am alluding to.

Pump n Dump promotions>>>guess who

Accounting Problems>>(

During the fiscal years ended December 31, 2009 and 2008 and through the date of dismissal, Webb & Co. advised the Company that the internal controls necessary for the Company to develop reliable financial statements are not effective because of material weaknesses in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting. These material weaknesses include (i) the Company does not have a system in place to ensure all of its consulting agreements are timely reconciled to the financial statements; and (ii) the Company failed to properly account for the embedded derivative liability associated with the CEO’s employment agreement in the Company’s quarterly and annual reports.)

It is mentioned in another SEC filing that these "material weaknesses" won't be remedied until commercialization of their recombinant silkworms, and the date given is 2012(the original commercialization date.)

Potential >>as seen in all of your posts
Revenues/Profit>>ehhhh
Cash/Assets>>>>office furniture and the car kblb bought Kim
Expenditures>>>>6 Million of expenses paid for by cash or shares to date roughly.
Leadership

Guilt by association...........umm yeah that is what keeps seasoned investors away from KBLB. They look at the pr's, then start doing DD, then they start seeing a company ran like a penny stock. How do you get that seasoned pro to truly believe that kblb really does have the potential we know it has? Every penny stock out there makes inflated claims and compares themselves to fortune 500 companies. It takes a lot of reading scientific material etc to understand that kblb's potential is different and IMO, hard to question say gen 1's existence.......my point is and has been get rid of the penny stock commonalities, and let the company shine, until then people who take a glance at KBLB will only see the negative things, b/c it is those things they generally first look for and avoid. It is all about mitigation of risk, of course with limited risk comes limited potential, but in the case of penny stocks, it is hard to name but a handful that have "made it".....for instance one of them had the patent to 4g tech., and their patent was infringed on and they sued and went from .20 to 12.00.

re post 25087: the price surge of late august to sept 27 was newsletter supported.http://www.investorslive.com/2010/10/07/wikiloan-inc-wkli-ob-we-added-a-button-to-our-website-next-spam-stock/ Find the screenshot where it is nothing but swalert kblb pumps....THATS A TON OF PUMPS....pump letters = volatility

Remember, if any further DD/links are needed to further backup my claims, or simply to converse, email at satellitecom@engineer.com, thanks.
