Why even go back that far?...why not get him upon ethics violations WHILE serving as a SC justice? I presume the SC has rules about ethics, but I could be wrong.
I'm thinking (for no reason at all) that 'roberts' could be the key...maybe if the messages were loud enough and often enough .. roberts 'could' actually care about the reputation of the court . . but snap! even so ......even roberts would not want Obama to to appoint another scotus
