But they didnt have the contracts and all that upon accepting the financing deal. From what I understand, most of these were startup investors to help the company get started. I think they are just coming due so even though the contracts are now in place, the financing deal is already in place...

Good post Irish! The fact they can't get financing despite a MOU with a reputable company like HOST should have been a big red flag to all of us. Oh well! Lesson learned.
