Zeev, I did a study on the 11-week cycle last night. On the 4-out of 5 instances of the cycle hitting since Sept. 21, 2001, the cycle low happened in the week of the 11-week cycle (that week ended last Friday).
In the one instance where the low did not hold, the high of that cycle was not exceeded for 3-weeks.
Last week's high was 1392. It might hold.
Another intersting thing I did was go back through da_cheif's clx over the past year where we registered -19 like we did on Friday. In general, when that reading happens, we do not rally above that day's highs for several days at the soonest (that day's high was 1369) and we hit the lower BB before the low is in and a bounce can happen.
August 27, 28, July 9, 16, May 29,30, March 25 were times when the CLX hit -19.
