I dont know if I would take that bet because there are a lot of china small caps and can bounce for so many reasons, but the biggest question for those that do bounce, how long could they stay at that level. Everything will continue to sell off after a real nice bounce. But, you could definitely get 5 that will rebound, which is about 1.5%.
I kinda agree with you that everybody and his mother is short these chinese stocks right now and often that's a sign for a top/bottom. That said it still works like a charme almost daily. I'm surprised to see you stating that you have been net short the last few months in this space. I always thought you were buying and averaging down in many of these names during the last few months. Regarding your outlook. I think that's way too optimistic and I don't really understand why a stock like TPI should go up 5 times but CNTF should only be a double.
