Because they PR'd that the disclosure would release during the 2nd quarter, not after.

End of the quarter is June 30..Do you think they will have the numbers on the same last day of the quarter?

That would be impossible.
Typically 1 week minimum to close the book.
Standard procedure on any company.

I think this will go off a cliff as well if the disclosure doesn't come out by the end of this month because that is when they said it would come out... It would show incompetence if it didn't and I would drop this stock as well. I am pretty much done watching my shares loose value, if it continues a downtrend after the disclosure, I will be dumping my 2 million shares as well... I am hoping for the best though... glta
