I think having two big shareholders on board negotiating the merger is the best way to feel safer than usual: getting rid of old shareholders would be getting rid of them too... what is their interest in it? That's why at least we know we will get the best possible deal.
The TRUTH Bill is, that no one knows abything right now. The company is and has been SILENT on all issues as we all know. You have to question all the what if's here and question those expressing real knowledge because no one knows anything right now! Other than the recent ru-up due mostly what was posted in the iBox on BCCI we have been in the same mode for months. Easy to see that those who made that post there did so not out of knowledge but something else. They are now posting completely differnt thoughts here agin, to their benefit what ever that may be.
At these levels I can see NO reason to sell anything.
