That sounds like a fair assessment to me. In one paragraph he claimed he made his fellow "profit seekers" a million dollars. Then one or two paragraphs later he said he's a 9 to 5 guy that trades with pocket change.
It is totally impossible to be successful trading pennies and work a 9 to 5 job. Unless you are trading on company time and computers.
The penny market moves way too fast to buy a stock one day, and then just check in on it from time to time.
