if there is a patent on a specific technology ,it cannot be duplicated legally

but there could be some legal issues with someone creating something similar and then be willing to tie things up in court due to infringement cases..therefor the technology could be dismissed if that happened until the cases are resolved. But IMHO the unpublished patent is to ENSURE that there is not even the chance for any infringements on any parties at all until the company (Carmil Energy) is ready to release the technology.
As I stated, IMHO, the unpublished issued PATENT number issued to their technology is the key for me and why I have stated after everything else that has happened so far.

As far I know concepts can get patented. Until they produce working model that is independently verified it amplifies juice by 10 fold, I think the skeptics may win out. If they do produce, then this flies big. So yes, for now this in only flipping stock IMHO as they won't produce the demo facility any time sson. I think the open house will be geared to find new investers. JMHO.
