Interesting question.

..do you think if newton was completely out of the picture, and no longer ceo of rcch that this company would have a better chance to be successful?

Qualified answer, yes. It just depends on what you define 'successful' to be.

I don't know what potential you think RCCH has, with or without Newton as it is an empty shell without a single tangible asset but even as a trading nonentity there are possibilities.

A few years ago in Florida a crooked management group literally walked away from DNAG after they maxed out their AS and couldn't con anyone else to buy in, leaving the worthless assets of the company in the exclusive hands of their toxic financial creditors. The investors got nothing. Those assets were pretty much given away to private groups and the shell was abandoned. Today, several years afterwards, there hasn't been a peep from the company yet the stock is still trading at higher levels than RCCH shares.

Disconnecting the anchor of a disreputable management from an abandoned shell doesn't hurt and could possibly allow the pps to rise a little from the bottom, but given that there is no substance to the shell it isn't going to float up very high.

Dominator/RE: Mr Newton

No, I think that even though that Mr Newton may have had a slightly tainted past, he is the one to continue leading for the time being. Watching his moves the past few months shows me that he has a plan and is cautiously executing it step by step. I am still putting my money on him.

If in fact we do a RM, then maybe he will assume the position as Chairman and will leave the day to day operations to someone else.
