I think the thing to be prepared for are companies receiving clusters of processors on their properties doing short term loans for the machines. jmo

Snow, that makes a lot sense. As I said to Rawnoc, I'm not particularly concerned about the company being able to hammer out profitable agreements, but I do know some who are.

I've made a copy of your post and it will be fun to compare it with what the first JV PR tells us about the roll out model JBI has been able to construct with its partners.

We should find out soon enough.

Another general concern is how fast will the processors be made. JBII had the go ahead in Dec 2010 to build the second processor. Then their was evidence that they had permits for two additional processors at the N.F. facility. We are now sitting close to the end of June with permit approvals. However, the second processor has not been completed and no word on the third.

Another concern for me is the last pipe offer. Why has JBII not moved to a higher exchange? At least AMEX that could have had a private placement with much less shares being offered, since the PPS was over $3. Then at the price of 0.70/share. Why so cheap?

I do not see any institutional investors for JBII yet nor any brokers allowing margin of any pink sheet stock, regardless of the QX status. JBII is still considered an OTC stock. Just look at the reaction from the panelist on "The Pitch" when John indicated OTCQX. JBII is still on a junior exchange and will remain that way unless they uplist.
