Actually the market is not looking |2 to 18 months into the future in this case. Therefore the stock is still way too low.

Pretty much on JBII...the 12 to 18 month time frame is the usual time frame the market looks to on a stock....as fast as JBII is progressing i fully expect JBII to be higher than 4 bucks in that time frame....one step at a time.....4 is a good start....
