T/A, even if you believe in it for real stocks, goes out the window for microcaps. Pennies, esp sub-pennies, are vehicles for easy and extreme manipulation, so all the chart can do is show the history, including the manipulation. In this realm T/A is thrown around to amaze and confuse n00bs.
The only crystal ball is in the hands of the manipulator. And even he is subject to unexpected events, like say... an SEC crackdown.
