Based on translation of the article, I'm quessing a lawsuit was filed, but only recently. It looks to have been at the beginning of June which means it would not show in the 20-F. (Not sure if, where, or when patent info needs to be filed).
Anyway, the one document shows CNTF to be the owner of the patent, and at this point in time, they just want Samsung to quit using the duel card. This could be a huge issue for Samsung because it sounds as if they use the card in a lot of their phones.
We'll see what happens.
