It is supposed to be cheaper for the MMs to transact trades on the OTCQX (Pink Sheets) rather than the OTC BB. Many stocks have been involuntarily moved off the OTC BB because of this.

I agree. Pinks aren't the end of the world.

Ever since it became fairly clear we were heading to the pinks, my theory has been that the low PPS for IDLM would be right around the pink deadline. I was surprised yesterday when you found that Finra date in July (subsequently changed). While I was hopeful Frasier would get the numbers and 8-A out by that longer-than-expected deadline, I was also partly disappointed because I figured the uncertainty might cause the PPS to keep sliding.

Rip that bandaid off, I say! LOL

Actually, there might be some buying coming in now that this is a done deal. (Sort of the mirror image of "buy the rumor, sell the news")
