over the course of the year,the approval to buy back was effective immediately,for the buy back to happen from that day onwards for the course of the year
I was not aware that they had to approve and announce that management would sell other than file with the sec,infact am not aware of any company that has to approve and announce that they will sell personal stock in the future,i maybe wrong.
