From what I read mobile tag gets to use the patent without any pay, and neomedia gets to use mobiletag patents without any pay. I thought that was the deal worked out.

NEOM: If AT&T is licensing through Mobile Tag, then Mobile Tag is violation of their licensing agreement with NeoMedia. The contract would be void.

That seems unlikely.
