Yes but how is that possible? Can I call up my broker and say "Get me 10MM shares at .001 please". And then, magically, at the end of the day I get my shares even though the pps of the security never went down to my sell price??
Where do the shares come from to buy at .0016? They can't be short shares...an MM cannot short a bunch of shares and then buy back his own shorts (fake shares) to close out his position, there would have to be someone willing to sell REAL shares to them at .0016!
