Where's your deposition for all to see?
What's the plan moving forward?
Where's the information on your supposed acquisitions?
What progress has been made on getting back funds from the "financings"?
What's your take on the legal proceedings?
What are you doing to get Dean to do a deposition since you and he are good buds?
Have you been to the office lately?
Do you know where the office is?

And finally, let me guess...wait for it...you'll answer all of these on your conference call that's scheduled for...when was it...soon? imminent? next week? next month?

Joe your plan is to sell 1.5 billion more shares. There is nothing else we need to know. You plan to sell same amount as Dean and then do r/s. That is all we need to know to say Joe your a crook like Dean. Same amount of dilution = same as dean. So nothing else you say matters. Your plan is to destroy current shareholders with same dilution as Dean.
