Do you know what "credibility" means? A PR is just a statement made by the company. They've neglected to file the actual proof of their finances and the ownership of the wells. As stated by other posters, their PRs even claim ownership, and further down clarify that it's in "negotiation." If the only difference between Zealous and Corestream is oil wells, then there is probably not any difference at all. Again, if things were going so great, why didn't they do their filings for so long? It's easy to accidently call this company Zealous since Lew's been in both companies and the stock symbol is ZLUS, despite the company being over a year old. The only constant here is change. Change of directors, change of business schemes and yet never a product/venture that has made any profit.
Regarding insider info, the story you passed on here about Rainbolt's reason for leaving comes off as insider initiated horse manure. A CEO leaving less than two months before a... wait for it... SEC INVESTIGATION, sounds exactly like a rat leaving a sinking ship. Why did Ault suddenly join in and step down? A lack of gutts?
