I briefly saw that as I was walking by the TV last night and I could swear I saw the little red Infrax ball going across the screen in the open presentation... Maybe a sign of things to come?

Maybe just a little behind the curve. I don't think Uli's gonna be finishing anything for INFRAX anytime soon.

1. Are the shares being shorted again and if so, do you know who it is?

We don’t know. We believe it to be true.

2. Why is the transfer agent gagged at this time?

Will find out. They are always gaged when it comes to a major event or Qs.

3. Is the float still approximately 67 million shares?

4. Why weren't there any updates regarding all the other projects such as in Bermuda and Africa included in the 10-Q (unless that will be in the year-end report)?

We will have updates when we have it. We do not send fluff PRs or misleading PRs.

5. Is Ulrich Ultvater no longer employed by Infrax or Trimax?.....and if so, what happens to the intellectual property? Did he not bring that with him from Trimax?

He no longer works for our company. We own all intellectual property we purchased through Trimax.



6. If all these aquisitions are supposed to bring in instant revenue, why do the financials still show a loss?.

yes, but accounting wise we are always a quarter behind.

If you could respond or shed some light on the recent drop in share price, I would appreciate it greatly.
