That's why we rely on the otcbb, where ALL dividends are recorded for unlisted stocks. There is nothing there on this "dividend". NOTHING, not a record date, not even a declaration date.
Show me ONCE in the the last 10 years a single company that has declared a dividend with neither the declaration date nor the record date appearing on the otc website on the day of the record date. THIS is what you are claiming has happened... that June 15 is the record date but the otcbb has no record of it. Ridiculous! Show me that has EVER happened before. Just one, show me ONE instance of this and I will give you credit for your theory. Right now, it is baseless.
Lastly, this is Emax. They PR anything and everything that is remotely potentially positive. They have not PRed the dividend record date as being effective now. That should be proof enough. Go back to November and look at the not one, but SEVERAL PRs telling us the status of the so called "buyback" as an example of this.
