Chinese nuclear weapon designs are for sale. Try ebay, should be a few there. Don't pay much, there is probably a pirated copy on a website somewhere. When the Libyans shut down their nuke program, the package they turned over included Chinese weapons blueprints. From what I've heard, they are circulating everywhere. The cat is out of the bag on this one and running free.
