I do know that there were transportation and storage issues that were impacting production of oil. I know that Renfro was getting into the transportation side of the business as indicated in the transporter code issued to Petroleum Capital (8266). I'm not sure how it all ties in. I can make assumptions, but they are really just guesses without all the information.
I believe any type of PP would be offered at a discount to the current PPS. So does it really matter what the current PPS is ? My guess is yes, the higher the PPS is the more $ the PP would be, but anyone taking on a PP would most likely want to see a PPS with some stability. I would think you may expect another pump before a PP and then sideways movement from there. Or is this the sideways movement we are in now? The PPS is up substantially from April and early may ,right?
